Everest Bond is a Mexican-American sound artist and ceremonialist who has been working with plant medicines for nearly a decade, learning from a variety of teachers and traditions during this time. He currently studies prayers coming from tribes of the Brazilian Amazon including the Huni Kuin, Noke Koi, Shanenawa and Yawanawa. Everest is preparing for a diet in Brazil intended to deepen his knowledge of these sacred prayers and ways of life. He shares these vibrations through voice, stringed instruments (guitar / ukulele), and percussion (drums / handpan). He can confidently lead the prayer as well as gracefully support others. Everest holds ancestral wisdom while evolving with these ever-changing times.
